1. The basics
By using ncs.community ("the site"), joining the waitlist, attending an NCS event, or engaging with the NCS community, you agree to these Terms. The site is operated by Conway Container Services SIA, reg. 40203131241, Riga, Latvia, EU.
2. Membership & invitations
NCS is curated. We review every waitlist signup and individually confirm participation in summits and meetups. Submitting the form does not guarantee an invitation. Decisions are at our sole discretion.
3. Accurate information
You agree to submit truthful information about yourself and your company. Misrepresentation is grounds for removal from the community without refund.
4. Code of conduct
NCS events are professional gatherings. Harassment, soliciting outside agreed sponsorship, and disclosing private community conversations to media or competitors are grounds for removal.
5. Intellectual property
The NCS name, logo, website design, and editorial materials are owned by Conway Container Services SIA. Partner logos shown on the site remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed for reference of their participation.
6. Liability
The site and its content are provided "as is". We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate but accept no liability for decisions taken solely based on content here. Event tickets and sponsorship packages are governed by their own contracts.
7. External links
The site links to third-party sites including press coverage and partner websites. We are not responsible for content or practices of external sites.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Latvian law. Disputes go to the courts of Riga, Latvia, unless EU consumer-protection law gives you the right to your own jurisdiction.
